C27200 63/37 Lead Free Brass Pipe

CuZn37 is the major brass alloy for the cold forming process. Even though brasses with lower Zinc content have better cold forming properties, CuZn37 is the most used alloy. Reasons for this are on the one hand economical due to lower price of Zinc compared to Copper, on the other hand the forming properties of this alloy meet the demand of many applications.

C28000 60/40 Muntz Metal Tubes

Muntz Metal (C28000 or C280) was founded and patented in 1832 by English businessman George F. Muntz. One of the most diserable features of Muntz metal is it's distinctive color. This particular metal is primarily used in architectural applications. Muntz metal is a highly plastic metal at red heat, making it an ideal choice for pressing, stamping and hot forging.
